Two men sitting on a rock in the veld during the day, eating fruit. Sitting on the right is John Stefanos Paraskevopoulos (1889 June 20 - 1951 March 15), astronomer in charge of the Boyden station of Harvard Observatory. Both are wearing a collared shirt and tie. The person on the left has on an overcoat; the person on the right is wearing a suit. Behind and to their right is a prominent rock. The horizon is mostly flat with a few hillocks visible to the right. PLB16_0008 and PLB16_0014 are related.
