Construction of the 60-inch building, seen from the west. Half of the circular wall of the turret is complete. A small section of the curtain wall in front of the foyer is in place. In the foreground is a large gravel pile and a "RANSOME" machine. There are no people in the image. PB13_0012, PB13_0031, and PLB32_0009 are derivatives. PLB35_0006 and PLB32_0009 are related.
