No. 80 of 1910 on appeal from the High Court of Bombay between Kaikhusru Aderji Ghaswala and others (Defendants, Appellants) versus the Secretary of State for India in Council (Plaintiff, Respondent) regarding the plot of land known as No. 9 Arsenal Road, Poona. The judgement advises His Majesty that this Appeal should be dismissed with cost since the Appellants are mere licensees and the land in question has been lawfully resumed by the Government.
