Inscribed on the picture with identifications in nagari characters:’ himalaya parvata’ (Himalaya mountains), ‘mahadeva brahma vishnu parvati himalaya mena.’

Mahadeva (Siva) is seated by a fire in a pavilion with Brahma and Visnu opposite him; Parvati, Himalaya ‘(Himavat)’ and Menakar before them. On the right a crowd approaches with Siva, Brahma and Visnu in their midst; on the left Brahmins and girls stand and dance at the foot of the Himalayas.

Inscribed on the picture with Sanskrit identifications in nagari characters:’ mahadeva nakula brahma vihmu’ (Visnu) ‘lakshmana arjuna sahadeva indra bhima’; these identifications also supplied beneath in ‘nasta‘liq’ characters; numbered 62 in Persian inventory note.

Siva, Nakula, Brahma, Visnu, Lakshmana, Arjuna, Sahadeva, Indra and Bhima are in procession, Siva riding a bull, the others on foot. The scene is in a landscape with trees and buildings in the distance.
