The map accompanies The Campaign in Mesopotamia 1914-1918. Volume IV, and shows a region around the Caspian Sea, including the Caucasus Region and portions of Iraq and Persia. The map indicates international boundaries, regions, cities, towns, principal routes, railways, rivers and seas. Some relief is shown with shading and spot heights, and a key is given beneath the title.
Prepared in the Historical Section of the Committee of Imperial Defence, and printed at the Ordnance Survey in 1927.
