- Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, apparently broken off at the top and complete on the other sides; with writing on both sides. On the front, there is one column of 31 lines written across the fibres; line 30 was erased. Side margins are minimal, the lower margin is ample; folding lines are still visible. The back bears one column broken off at the top and written along the fibres, of which 17 lines survive. Lower margin is ample, side margins are minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
