Fragmentary papyrus sheet, damaged by wormholes throughout and broken off at the bottom; the upper margin measures 17 mm, the left margin is partly preserved and on the right no margin was left. Vertical folds are visible. Two scraps remain unplaced. The text runs along the fibres on one side. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
