Extent:
Papyrus sheet, imperfect at the top and damaged by insect holes; written on one side along the fibres the back being blank. The front bears portions of 9 lines; the lower margin is generous, no margin was left to the right, the left margin is extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Scope & Content:
Certificate for Ophelas, son of Nemesion, who has registered his son Philantinoos alias Isidorus, of 25 days, as a citizen of Antinoopolis; with names of witnesses and subscription of Fabius, son of Dionysius.

The declarants refer to the benefits granted by Hadrian for children of Antinoo...

Fragmentary papyrus sheet with two detached fragments, medium-dark brown; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Portions of 21 lines remain; the upper margin survives. The detached fragment at the bottom bears a few letters from 5 lines and the lower margin. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
