Papyrus sheet, lacking part of the bottom and with insect holes in the preserved portion mostly located along the horizontal folds; the sheet exhibits minor abrasion in its lower half. Writing is on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are 14 lines, well preserved; few of them are indented. Upper and side margins are extant; the lower margin is somewhat damaged. In the right edge and along the height of the sheet, there are traces of one line written along the fibres, which was erased. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
