- Lease of part of a walled building at a rent of 3,000 talents per year; the lessor is Apollos, father of Dioscorus, and the lessee Aurelius Cyriacus, son of Andreas and Maria, a blacksmith. With subscription of Cyriacus and endorsement on the back.

- Papyrus sheet, darker in places, broken off at the bottom and with some insect holes; the surface is slightly abraded in few places; written on both sides. The front bears one column, of which 21 lines along the fibres survive; upper and side margins survive. On the back, there is one line running along the fibres at the top. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
