Incomplete papyrus sheet, severely mutilated at the top and in the lower half, and worm-eaten throughout the preserved portion. The surface is abraded in few places. The text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Parts of one column of 35 lines survive, with lines 5-17 being better preserved and mostly complete. The text was crossed out. Parts of the left and upper margins survive; no margin was left to the right. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
