- Beginning of a five-year lease of land between Aurelia Eurasia and Aurelia Thebais, both of Hermopolis, the lessors, and Aurelios Daueit, son of Isakios and Thaures, and Aurelios Zeth, son of Phoebammon and Taiomia, farmers of the village of Taparat (Teyparat), in the Hermopolite nome, the lessees.

- Upper portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and left; with holes in the preserved portion; the writing runs on one side and the back is blank. On the front, there are portions of twelve lines from the top of one column written along the fibres, of which 41 lines survive. Upper and right margins are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
