On the front, there is a column of 26 lines, followed by some blank space and ten further lines; the second column consists of 26 lines, followed by ample lower margin. The back is blank. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

On the front, there are 18 lines running along the fibres, complete; margins are extant; on the back, there is one line written across the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with an opening for the text on the back.
