Two fragments being the upper and lower portions of a light-brown papyrus roll. Both sides bear writing, with the text running along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back was rotated 180 degrees. Each side contains portions of three columns, mutilated in the middle and worm-eaten throughout. The columns on the back were numbered 10-12 at the top. Vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
