Long and narrow papyrus slip from mummy cartonnage, broken off at the top, with few holes in the preserved portion; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are 4 lines, the first of which is mutilated at the end. Blank space separates the last word. The left margin measures 27 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
