Ten small pieces of papyrus, written on one side, the back bearing modern annotations; those in red refer to the publication in P.Fay. The papyri are housed in the same glass frame.
A: Complete but abraded and damaged by holes; 6 lines written across the fibres and badly abraded; margins extant. The original seal survives.
B: Light-brown, broken off to the left and mutilated at the bottom; with surface damage throughout; 4 lines written along the fibres and lacking the beginnings.
C: Complete, but damaged by insect holes and abraded; 7 lines along the fibres, badly abraded; margins extant; with original seal.
D: Almost complete, lacking the upper right edge and damaged by holes and abrasion; 6 lines written along the lines, with a trace at the top.
E: Light-brown, lacking the mid portion and the bottom right corner; writing runs along the fibres; 2 lines complete and traces of 2 other lines, with further lines lost in between.
F: Broken off at the bottom and with surface damage; 3 lines and traces of another line, written along the fibres.
G: Lacking the lower right edge and damaged by holes and abrasion; 6 abraded lines written along the fibres.
H: Dark-brown, broken off at the left and with surface damage; 4 lines in poor condition, written along the fibres.
I: Light-brown, lacking part of the lower half and mutilated at the top; 5 lines written along the fibres; lower margin wide.
K: Light-brown, broken off at the top and bottom and abraded; with portions of 4 lines written along the fibres.
