Medium-brown papyrus slip, complete and well preserved; with minor damage along the horizontal folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are four lines written across the fibres; all margins are extant. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
