- Philosarapis, appointed as guardian (epitropos) of Iulius alias Herodes, takes inventory of the minor’s personal estate before some witnesses. Among the belongings are items of clothing, a chest, a glass ball, cushions, cooking utensils. With subscription of Philosarapis and of the witnesses.

- Extent:
- Two larger fragments and five detached scraps from a light-brown papyrus, with holes throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The upper fragment contains the top two columns of 11 and 10 lines respectively; the fragment on the right, which is the largest, bears parts of two columns of 10 and 15 lines, broken off at the top and bottom. The scraps preserve a few letters from few lines. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
