Two fragments from a papyrus roll, darkened by patches, abraded in places and with small insect holes throughout; bearing writing on both sides.

The front preserves portions of two columns written along the fibres: 20 lines survive of the first column, some of which are very fragmentary, and 18 lines of the second, which is badly damaged; the column width is c. 65 mm, with 15 lines to the column; the intercolumn measures 20 mm. The back preserves portions of three incomplete columns running across the fibres, abraded in places. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Direct speech of an Athenian general, urging the Athenians to take action and mentioning the deeds at Marathon and Salamis. Attributed to Theopompus or rhetorical exercise. From mummy cartonnage; with decoration on the back.

Two portions of a papyrus roll with seven detached scraps named A-G in one frame, from mummy cartonnage; written on one side along the fibres, and with mummy decoration on the back. On the front, portions of 6 columns remain, written along the fibres, covered with plaster residue; the column width is 60 mm; the lower margin survives. The detached fragments preserve few letters. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
