- Fragmentary petition to the king from a certain Spartacus from Thracia against Dionysia with regard to a lease of land. The subscription of Dorion at the end indicates that the petition was submitted to the strategus of the Oxyrhynchite nome.

Two fragments of varying size from a medium-brown papyrus sheet, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue in places; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears parts of 10 lines. The upper margin is extant. The back bears traces of plaster and ink. The papyrus housed in a glass frame.
