Papyrus sheet, dark-brown in the left half; complete, although damaged by holes, located especially along the horizontal folding lines. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text consists of one column with 23 lines; all margins are extant, with no blank space at the right. The lower margin measures 75 mm. The surface is abraded in places. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
