- Medium-to-dark-brown papyrus sheet with small detached scraps, broken off on the right, and imperfect along the left edge and at the bottom; with writing on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 25 lines written along the fibres; of the last, only a few traces survive; the upper margin is extant, and part of the left margin survives. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet, in faded ink. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
