- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, medium-brown, with lighter patches; complete, with insect holes and some damage along the folds; written on both sides. On the front, there are seventeen lines written along the fibres in red ink; all margins are extant, the lower being half of the sheet. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres, the sheet having been rotated 90 degrees. Remains of the original seal are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
