On the front, there are portions of 8 lines written along the fibres; part of the upper margin survives; on the back, there are 9 lines, with ample blank space at the bottom. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Upper papyrus (A): Medium-brown fragment, broken off to the right, at the top and bottom; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 6 lines written across the fibres, with traces of another line at the top.

Lower papyrus (B): Light-brown fragment, broken off at the top and right; written on both sides. On the front, there are the beginnings of 5 lines; on the back, there are 6 lines written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front.
