Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete but with some surface damage, with writing on both sides. On the front, there are 16 lines written along the fibres; margins are extant, the lower being ample; on the back, there are 4 lines running across the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
