Papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The text occupies the upper half of the sheet; there are five lines; the second is indented, and was written after some blank space at the end of the line. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 60 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
