- Loan of barley and vegetable seed for a period of four months, registered in the registration office of Pelusion. The borrower is Petheus, son of Patron, and the lender Acusilaus, son of Theon. Penalty applies if Petheus fails to repay the loan within the agreed time. The loan was cancelled.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom but well preserved as to the rest, with only few small holes; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 18 lines, with blank space of 125 mm between lines 5 and 6. The text was crossed out. Left and upper margins are extant, no margin was left to the right; the lower margin is lost. The modern annotation in red refers to the edition in P.Fay. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
