- End of a lease, with only the date and the subscriptions surviving. The subscription of the lessors was written by Eudaemon, son of Comon, as they were illiterate.

- Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and bottom, with few holes and minor surface damage in the preserved part; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text breaks off at the top; 14 lines are preserved, the first two of which are very mutilated; the last 5 lines are written in the right half of the sheet, separated by blank space from the rest of the text. Side margins are extant. A sheet-join runs across the fibres and along the height of the papyrus in the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
