A papyrus sheet, broken at the top and damaged by holes throughout. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text, arranged in one column, is incomplete, lacking a few lines at the beginning. The blank space at the bottom measures 82 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
