- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, medium-brown, severely damaged at the bottom, with some damage along the vertical folds as well; bearing writing on one side along the fibres. On the front, there are 13 lines written in the upper half of the sheet; margins are extant. The original clay seal has disintegrated. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
