Papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, mutilated at the top and bottom, and with surface damage in the preserved portion. The back is covered with plaster, and shows the remains of the mummy decoration. The front bears 10 lines written across the fibres, the last of which is in Demotic. The modern annotation in red refers to the publication in P.Hib. I. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
