- Fragmentary letter to Cleon from the nomarch Etearchus, enclosing the copy of the letter he received from Petechonsis, vice-engineer, concerning some problems with the works to be done in the estate of Apollonius near Philadelpheia. Etearchus does not want to be blamed for this.

Two fragments of a papyrus sheet from mummy cartonnage, with a small strip lost between them, broken off at the sides; written on one side across the fibres. The upper fragment contains portions of 4 lines and traces of another line at the bottom, the lower fragment bears parts of 6 lines and a trace from another line at the top. The upper margin measures 20 mm and the lower 20-25 mm; small strips and the left and right edges have been cut off. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
