Papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, broken off at the bottom (front); with few holes in the preserved portion and plaster residue throughout; written on both sides. On the front there are 18 lines along the fibres; the writing on the back runs across the fibres and is much effaced. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
