Medium-brown papyrus with detached fragment, broken off at the top, incomplete on the left; with some surface damage in places; written on one side, the back being blank. The front bears 16 lines written across the fibres, fairly spaced. Lower and right margins are extant. Horizontal folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
