Medium-brown papyrus sheet, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue and surface damage in places; written on both sides. On one side there are 20 lines written across the fibres, obliterated; the text continues on the other side with 6 lines written along the fibres; the papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
