Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with slight damage and dark-stained on the front; written on both sides. The front bears 16 lines written along the fibres; all margins are extant; the back was reused to host another text, complete, consisting of 16 lines running along the fibres. All margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
