Papyrus sheet, slightly torn at the top, lacking the bottom, with few small wormholes located in the lower half; written on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front bears 45 lines, and the back has a two-line docket. Upper and left margins are preserved; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
