Slip cut from the bottom of a papyrus sheet, irregularly cut at the bottom, torn at the top and right (front); the surface on the front is overall well preserved; the back displays surface damage. Writing is on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. On the front there are four lines, complete, but damaged at the end. The back bears the ends of 7 lines. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
