- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and right, complete on the other sides; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 27 lines written along the fibres, lacking the ends; lower and left margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
