Two papyrus sheets, with writing on one side, the back being blank, mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.
Left papyrus (A): Broken off at the top, bottom and left; with surface damage; portions of 16 lines running along the fibres survive, lacking the beginnings; traces of another line at the bottom are visible. Left margin minimal.
Right papyrus (B): Broken off at the top, bottom and right; with surface damage; the beginnings of 24 lines along the fibres remain; left margin extant.
