Papyrus sheet, broken off to the right, damaged by holes throughout, especially along the edges, and with some surface damage; writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. On the front there are 8 lines, lacking their ends, for approximately 20 letters. A sheet-join running along the width of the sheet is visible in the middle. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
