Dark-brown papyrus sheet, of long and narrow format, damaged by holes throughout and with some surface damage, especially at the bottom. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, tha back being blank. There is one column of 45 lines, very few of which are damaged. Margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right. The blank at the bottom measures 110 mm. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. IV. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
