Two larger papyrus fragments and three unplaced scraps from mummy cartonnage, with surface damage throughout; bearing writing on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front contains portions of two columns; the back was rotated 180 degrees and is defaced.
The papyrus diplays modern repairs of the early XX century and is housed in a glass case.
