- Upper portion of a light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, with some surface damage along the vertical folds; written on both sides along the fibres. On the back, the beginning of one line survives; on the front, there are 12 lines from the top of a column, with only a trace of line 12. Upper and side margins survive and are minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
