- Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, lacking its left-hand half, with about one-third of text having been lost, and with some surface damage; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 27 lines, lacking the beginnings. Upper and lower margins survive; no margin was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
