- Left-hand portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, with some holes in places. The front bears the beginnings of 16 lines running along the fibres, with blank space between lines 15 and 16. Upper, left and lower (110 mm) margins are extant; a sheet-join runs from top to bottom at 13 mm from the left edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
