- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the left, lacking a portion in the centre as well as the top right corner; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 29 lines written along the fibres, all lacking the beginnings; upper and lower margins are extant, the right is minimal. Vertical creases are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
