- Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with a few insect-holes at the bottom and damaged along the left edge; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 19 lines written along the fibres; all margins are extant. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
