- Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, made up of three fragments, with writing on both sides. On the front, there is a column of 26 lines written along the fibres; side and lower margins are extant and minimal, the upper margin is lost. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
