Loaned to the British Museum in 1929 (Loan MS. 18) by Muriel, Lady Capel Cure, daughter of Sir Percy Dixwell-Oxenden, 10th Bart. Presented by the executor of the will of Muriel, Lady Capel Cure, 28 April 1968.
